Drinkfinity blind black week on Snapchat

Snapchat is still a rising social network and marketing opportunity, but already a reality for Young audiences.

In November 2015, Drinkfinity promoted the online store in an innovative way: through blind “Black Week” discounts on Snapchat. The idea was to approach this new audience each day of the week with ‘never before seen discounts’ in order to invite them to be part of Drinkfinity’s community. The fun twist was not to give away the percentage of the discounts, which should be discovered on the store.

The mechanics also stimulated audiences from other social channels to join the Snapchat fan base to discover the discounts. The results were record-breaking sales on a weekly period. Another fundamental result was discovering that Snapchat is a new and engaging social network full of sales-driving potential.
